Our Courses
Cookson First Aid – Emergency First Aid and CPR (60 minutes)
You will learn to recognise the signs of cardiac arrest, how and when to perform CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and how to use a defibrillator.
Cookson First Aid – Emergency First Aid and CPR for children and babies (90 minutes)
You will learn to recognise the signs of cardiac arrest, how and when to perform CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and how to use a defibrillator for babies and children. We will also cover what to do with a baby or child choking, and how to avoid choking hazards.
Cookson First Aid – Mental Health First Aid and CPR (2 hours)
We will discuss mental health first aid for yourself and others, signs that may indicate someone is struggling with their mental health, resources to help improve mental health, as well as emergency first aid, CPR and how to use a defibrillator.
Cookson First Aid – Advanced First Aid and CPR (90 minutes)
You will learn to recognise the signs of cardiac arrest, how and when to perform CRP
