A message from our Founder, Oliver Cookson
I believe that learning how to save a life is an essential skill that everyone should know. Our research shows that when a person suffers a cardiac arrest, their chances of survival can double or even triple if CPR is performed.
Motivated by my family’s history with heart disease, one of the biggest causes of cardiac arrest in the U.K., I know many others will have family or loved ones with health conditions that put them at risk of cardiac arrest, having free access to first aid can and will help save lives.
To me, there is nothing more important than saving a life.
I am proud to launch these courses and fully committed to offering free First Aid for all to as many people as possible across the U.K., through my Cookson First Aid programme.
